Looking for descendants or historical information regarding John E. Whitaker (Sr.) family from Bingley / Keigley area. May be one son, Arthur, who stayed in England, the balance came to Texas in 1850s. Family associated with grocery, drapery business in Bingley and cotton and horticulture in Texas. John E. Whitaker, Sr. was in New York in the 1860s to 1870s -- may have returned to England by 1881 to run a Grocery Store. Comments:
