So, after four years of council "leadership" by Miller, Smith and now Wilson, what has changed? No new businesses, more vacant space on commercial corridors, increased spending for plans for a pool that will not be built, increased spending for more Staff Management,(Asst. EDC Director/Project Manager/Overseer of Projects west of WS that "may" affect our flooding problems") proposing a "not-for-profit" grocery store, run by the city(?) What is up with all of this? Oh, and by the way, why has no one, including Miller, Smith, Wilson, Price, Fontenot and others not raised a peep over the termination/firing of our previous Police Chief? They were so adamantly boisterous about his reduction in rank a few years ago, so why have they not publicly raised cain about his firing, and by one of their own?

remember do not give him any information at all

the wolf wants to steal and destroy
and kill your joy
his mission if there is one
is to run you off from your happy home

not everyone gets his attention
for many live without interruption

but some folks are on the special list
they are never missed when a call comes in from parts unknown--who can we write up today? Let me audit the anonymous complaints

if a can is tossed onto the curb
the 'special ones' on the list are even blamed for others' litter

they get a letter with 10 days or else on it,
and are expected to comply
or else face the wrath from city hall
like so many ex-residents have,
so life goes on

but many are never bothered, though their yards are overgrown and their lots full of cars
parked on unimproved surfaces
life goes on for them,
no one darkens their door

so this is life in this rotten place
where anonymous complaints are treated like an urgent alarm, letting any and everyone call the hall,
with no identity so the crazy ones can keep calling in their silly complaints, and no one has a clue who they are, their reputation is unblemished, they are anonymous

life goes on,

for those residents on 'the list'
those tagged for harassment for the rest of their lives within the bounds of this town

while others in the over the hill gangs lived the same way for 50 years, never bothered by anyone

the rest of the residents are bothered every week

with a fresh anonymous complaint
sent from uknown sources from uknown addresses

across the street, the next town, the next country, complaints from renters, it never matters to the hall, they rely on them for needed harassment income,

complaints about someone on 'the list' are treated like an alarm sounded, let's go!

no peace no peace, the devil has spoken

from his anonymous throne
go harass the folks , we care not

we have our gas drill bonus money and we can raise the bills all we want

so let's keep the bills high, like living in unaffordable sunny california, but the place looks like sanford and son,

no one can afford to water their yard or use the water in their homes, the gas company needs it so we pay and pay and pay

there cannot be any peace in this town,
life goes on

Yeah I know, i have seen lots of them come and go. I really mourned when I lost Cowey and ross...they were my boys. They would harass everyone that they were told to harass--no questions. They ran off a lot of residents this fair city...with me directing their moves in the background..funny they never seemed to notice or blame me for their silly illegal actions.
I was responsible for Tim and others being run off without any blame being put on me.

Oh thats nothing, I got some hot mamas since I got my new hair...see it? Looks cool doesn't it? I have to do whatever they say....when they call so I can keep getting some...but hey who cares about the residents here anyway?

I never realized you were such a player in the overall oppression of residents.And you are still here oppressing them! I guess you are the one that ignores state laws as well? LIke that silly eye sore nuisance that you started in the previous administration...bef ore the court case in Texas that established that the eyesore nuisance is not covered in Texas State law and using that on residents like they did before the court case was settled earlier this decade IS NOT A VALID APPLICATION OF STATE LAW TO BE USED AGAINST RESIDENTS?

Well you can get away with a lot of stuff when no one of any importance has the time to watch your moves or your peoples' moves as they keep harassing residents.

I still run the harassment side of my departments and no one has a clue that I am doing this so well. I give them the schmooze...mayor and council in the meetings and everyone zommms out...ha ha ha...fiendish yea?

I got all of the women I want because they don't want me to come down heavy on their properties so they put out...keeps me busy. But shhhhh don't tell anyone...oh did you see my hair? Man its cool don't ya think? The women just luuuuuuv it.
I used to be a real conservative hairless guy but man...women can change ya...so can money, but we won't discuss that right now. See ya.

As the previous mayor of WS I want to personally give you an attaboy for all of your ingenious schemes that you used against residents in the last administration. I hope that you stick around as CBO for many years giving the residents the hell that they so richly deserve...

Why thank you mayor and council...oops I mean Mr. Mayor..ignore the other cheesy part that I use in council meetings. It helps to know that I am so appreciated--we did have some good times together didn't we? Old Deena D. was such a help too...he he he. Is Cowey still around? With our anonymous complaint system(my idea), where harassment and frivolous anonymous harassment complaints rule---the sky is the limit!Wooohooooo!

Nope, no weave. However the "bald" spot on the back seems to be increasing. Some said it looked like I stood up to fast and went plumb through my hair!

As for posting. It appears there are those who wish to remain anonymous, for what ever reason. I would ask them to at least refrain from derogatory, offensive comments about others if they choose to remain a "mystery" to all.

Question of the day: How do you feel about any elected official that uses their position for personal gain or defferance to some one who provides monetary support while campaigning for office?
