Many systems today already provide support for watching the videos downloaded using the download button off of Stagevu; however, some systems require special procedures to get the appropriate software to play the videos.
On Windows We recommend the K-Lite Codec Pack for Windows users. The basic pack should already be sufficient, and we recommend the use of the included Media Player Classic.
On Linux Most Linux platforms can play Stagevu videos offline with the use of the appropriate GStreamer codecs and Totem. However, an excellent alternative is MPlayer, which can be found on many package repositories.
On Mac OS X On Macs, many more videos can be played on Quicktime after getting Perian, which contains support for pretty much any video format. If none of these work, then feel free to use the VLC Media Player, which is available for Linux, Windows, and Mac.

Die Mockumentary behauptet, die Nixon-Regierung habe das Scheitern der Apollo-11-Mission befürchtet, deren Erfolg ihre innen- und außenpolitische Reputation verbessert hätte. Um im Notfall öffentlichkeitswirksames Material für die Medien in der Hinterhand zu haben, sei man an Stanley Kubrick herangetreten, der gerade mit der Produktion von 2001: Odyssee im Weltraum beschäftigt war. Der Regisseur habe unter strengster Geheimhaltung am Set seines Films die Mondlandung mit Regierungsbeamten als Darsteller inszeniert (nebenbei sei die NASA noch von der Filmausstattung beeinflusst worden und habe daraufhin technische Details ihrer Ausrüstung neu entwickelt). Als Gegenleistung für seine Dienste habe Kubrick von der NASA leihweise Optiken erhalten, die erforderlich waren, um einzelne Szenen von Barry Lyndon überhaupt filmen zu können. Nach der geglückten Apollo-11-Mission habe Nixon dann die Veröffentlichung des kompromittierenden Materials befürchtet und daher alle an den Dreharbeiten beteiligten Regierungsbeamte liquidieren lassen. Kubrick habe sich nach England zurückgezogen und seinen Landsitz aus Furcht vor Anschlägen auf sein Leben nur äußerst selten verlassen.

Le film réclame que l'ordre du jour réel d'Obama est l'opposé de qu'il a promis pendant la campagne. Le film réclame que Wall Street a manigancé l'effondrement financier pour "à repo le pays" et qu'Obama est un homme de paille utilisé par "l'élite" pour servir leur ordre du jour. Il réclame qu'Obama a cassé ses promesses de campagne en envoyant plus de troupes en Afghanistan, a nommé des nombreux "oligarques de finance" et des lobbyistes à de hautes positions gouvernementales, a réautorisé l'acte de Patriote d'abord statué par l'administration de Bush et veut créer une "force de sécurité nationale civile" pour davantage militariser le pays. Le film fait une comparaison controversée entre Obama Barack et Adolf Hitler.
