    Dear Suzanne Holland!  
    Thank you very much for your e-mail.  
    We would like to inform you about the details of au pair program:  
     
    1. The amount of the pocket money in Denmark is 2500 DK per month for the work 30 hours + 2 babysittings per week. For the tickets to Denmark and back Au Pair has to pay by herself.  
     
    2. It takes about 5-6 weeks to get a visa residence permit) for Denmark. We'll need from your family only the au pair agreement. We are organising everything for Au Pair’s arrival to  
    the host family – arranging the visa, booking the tickets, informing host families about the place, date and time of the Au Pair's arrival.  
    Also we provide your Au Pair with the phones of other girls which work in the nearest areas. In case of occurrence of problems in mutual relations between family and Au Pair, we replace  
    the girl in new family during the next 2 weeks

Tatyana arrived last Thursday in Geneva airport. She seems to be happy discovering this new country and the whole family likes her very much. My daughters, Meghan and MÊlanie have adopted her just like an aunty and my sister Barbara has given her plenty of instructions as she was herself looking after my daughters.

Your Agency did the services free of charge and were available for questions by phone when we needed it.  
At the same time we have to say that we were not completely satisfied with our au-pair. Even though she had a Bachelor-degree in English, we experienced several times a hard time to communicate with her.  
It is also important to be aware of the fact that the culture differences can be a problem.
