Dear Anastacia, We are a happy family of 4 now searching for our 4th au pair. We have the previous time used another agency called Atlantis which we were very happy with until we met you. Gratis au pair has a very good list of girls and the standard is high, as well as my experience with the agency is very proffesional, efficient and honest. The time of respond time is vounerable (when you are looking for new girl). So for us this has been very helpful ang professional. And the follow up after we choosed a girl, the visa application, the travvelign details etc has been no less than 100% perfect. And we had very high expactations of our new au pair but I can tell you that she is even better. We are now looking forward to 2 nice years, and I can already say now that we will use you again next time. Your agency does ecsactley the same work (but better following up trough the process,) than my previous agency - where I had to pay lots of money for that service. It is not easy to find an Au Pair who has an experience of work with 3 little children, because the candidate must have really very good experience of childcare. So in the situation with your family we can't work so quickly as we work usually... The principle of our work is to offer only the right candidate and sometimes it can take the time... We are sending you all the documents from this Au Pairs - photos, letter, application form with all contacts, references and etc. Please, feel free to contact any candidate if you want. In their application forms - you will find their phone numbers. If you will be interested to invite any candidate you can send us Family application form, Au Pair agreement and form A5. You can send us this 2 documents per fax, per e-mail (scanned version) or per post. We are organizing everything for Au Pair's arrival to the host family: arranging the visa, booking the tickets, informing host families about the place, date and time of the Au Pair's arrival. Also we provide your Au Pair with the phones of other girls which work in the nearest areas. In case of occurrence of problems in mutual relations between family and Au Pair, we replace the girl in new family during the next 2 weeks or we organize her departure home. My children have been very happy and it has always been very difficult to say goodbye!
