message: I've been training for almost a decade under Mr Martin, and have loved every minute of it. I've met good friends whilst training. It has also been a benefit to my self confidence, My fitness levels have also increased. I also find that every lesson is different, for if they were the same day in day out I'm sure that I would lose intrest. You can also train through injury as the lessons require different things for the participant to do, for instance if you sprain an ankle you can still participate in the upperbody focused lessons. However the main reason for my continuation of Taekwon-Do is the love of competition sparring and getting ready for the next event. The feeling of a rush of adrenaline is awesome and the medals are usually very good quality Wink . To sum up it is just a great Art form and sport as it caters for everybody.

message: Martial Arts are not just about fighting, they are about self knowledge, discipline and respect for yourself and others, it's not easy, and it's a life times journey, but it's a journey worth taking.
